Panic Attacks

Our top recommendation:  For a fast, permanent solution for eliminating panic attacks once and for all, learn about  the ‘Panic Away’ method.

Panic attacks are sudden, often unexpected periods of intense anxiety and fear.  They are characterized by various physical and emotional symptoms, which are caused by biological changes in the body.

The onset of panic attacks is generally abrupt, and it may be difficult for the sufferer to point to an obvious trigger.  Symptoms commonly last around thirty minutes, but they can be much shorter or longer in individual cases.  Sometimes a sufferer will experience many different symptoms in a “full panic attack”; sometimes only limited symptoms may arise.  Cycles of a mixture of full and limited panic attacks are also common.

Of course, we are all biologically different.  Consequently, each person’s set of panic attack symptoms may differ as we respond to varying external stimuli in different ways.

No matter what the combination of symptoms, panic attacks should not be tolerated.
